There are three primary benefits of travel insurance that can help you have a better vacation if you are traveling out of the country. These benefits include saving you money, protecting you medically, and providing a sense of security.
The money savings can be substantial when you have travel insurance and you take a vacation around the world or to a foreign country. You can save money in many ways which include if you should have to cancel your trip you can be reimbursed for the cost, cash protection from loss of a wallet or theft, and much more. Travel insurance will ensure that financially when you are in another country should anything go wrong that you will be covered and not have any issues.
One of the most common things that arise when people go on vacation is that they lose their wallet or they are robbed. People never think that it is going to happen to them and when it does they are in big trouble because they don’t have the protection of travel insurance. It is common for crowds around artificial Christmas trees to be pick pocketed and never notice it until they are back to the hotel looking for their hotel key. Some people have not only lost their wallet while standing near an artificial Christmas tree but come back to the hotel to find the thief has robbed them there too. Travel insurance protects you if you are robbed or pick pocketed near the prelit Christmas trees or anywhere while you are on a vacation in another country.
It your passport is missing or you lose it you will be protected by travel insurance. Travel insurance will make sure you have no problem getting back to the airport and on your flight. If your plane tickets are stolen you will still be protected and on your flight home also.
Medically you are protected through travel insurance if you are injured and need to seek medical treatment. If you have a health condition and have a heart attack you will be able to be treated at the nearest hospital and fully covered. This is a big factor. Many people never think they will get sick in another country. The problem is that when you go places like Mexico where the water is bad you very well may become extremely sick. If you seek medical attention the doctors will treat you assuming you have the money to pay because you are American. Then when you get the bill if you do not have cash to pay it you very well may end up in jail until the bill is paid. A jail in a foreign country is the last place that you want to end up.
The three benefits of travel insurance can save you financially if you have a trip planned in another country and you aren’t sure what to do. Travel insurance will give you that sense of security and take care of you while you are away or if you don’t make it on the trip because of a last minute emergency forcing you to cancel.

There are many reasons that you shouldn’t go on a vacation out of the country without travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect you financially in many ways. These ways include if you are injured or need to seek medical treatment, robbed or mugged, have to cancel your trip, and much more.
The holidays are the busiest time of the year when travelers go all over the world. They are distracted by the artificial Christmas trees decorated throughout the cities and shopping in little shops. People enjoy the different cultures and they are mesmerized by the Christmas trees. The problem is that during the holidays is a prime time to rob someone when they are on vacation. A person may be standing in a strange city distracted by a beautifully decorated artificial Christmas tree while a stranger walks by, bumps into them, pickpockets them, and walks away. When this happens to you in a country that you don’t speak the language it can be scary. It happens more often than you would think. Travel insurance protects people if they are robbed during their vacation by giving cash and assistance out of the country if your passports are also stolen.
Another way that you can benefit by travel insurance is if you are injured during your vacation in another city. You may have medical insurance in the United States but this doesn’t mean that the coverage extends beyond the borders of the U.S. Most insurance plans do not cover you outside of the states. If you need to seek medical attention because you were parasailing and have a broken leg then you will have to have cash. Medical treatment can cost thousands and it is the one thing that people don’t think about when they travel out of the country. Travel insurance provides medical insurance coverage in other countries to protect you if you are injured or need to seek medical treatment.
Another way that travel insurance protects you is if you need to cancel your trip. Too often, people come across an emergency and have to cancel their vacation plans. When this happens and you haven’t purchased refundable tickets then you will be out of the money you paid for the vacation. Travel insurance will protect you if you should have to cancel your trip by refunding you for the money you paid for any financial costs that you would lose due to the cancellation.

If you are traveling to China there are certain things you need to consider with your health. Some medications are not allowed into the country including illnesses also. There are also certain people who are not allowed into China also. Be sure you are not one of these people or you might find yourself in a lot of trouble that no one can help you out of.
China is like their own little world. When you travel to China you want to be sure you do nothing to break any laws over there. When you are in China the government can arrest you without giving a reason and they can even detain you for years without a release date or a reason. They also don’t notify or tell your family where you are located. The last thing you want is to disappear in China because you brought something into the country you were not supposed to.
When you plan a vacation to china they want to confirm you are healthy to travel. You will have to fill out a Health Declaration Form that is issued by the authorities of the inspection and quarantine areas. When you fill this out be sure you are honest and you tell them everything. If you have an embarrassing disease like a venereal disease you had better be honest.
Many of the things you have to announce on these forms that you will be asked about include diseases. If you are coming from a yellow fever infected area in the world you will have to tell them and also be taken to a quarantine area. Here they may verify you are healthy. You also will be required to show you have vaccination certificates. This is nothing like when you travel on San Diego yachts and go San Diego whale watching.
If you do suffer from a disease you need to declare this. If you currently have diarrhea or a skin disease you must announce this too. The officials want to be sure you do not have a fever, vomiting, jaundice, tuberculosis, infection, HIV, or anything else if you are trying to come into the country. They want to know these things because if you are shopping in jewelry stores and pass your germs on it could spread an epidemic.
There are many medications that are not allowed into China. Don’t think you will be able to see a doctor in China to prescribe something to you also. If you take pain medications that are considered to be narcotics you will not be able to bring them into the country. You will be breaking a law. If the authorities don’t catch it at the airport you definitely don’t want to get caught by the Chinese police with the drugs. They don’t care if they are prescribed and you won’t have rights as you would in America.
China is the most populated country in the world. They have so many people in the smallest amount of space crammed together. They have laws about populating the country and don’t allow people to have more than one or two babies. The last thing they want is a tourist coming to the city who is ill that could spread an epidemic. Be sure you pass all health checks, you are honest, and you don’t bring medication.

There are many discrepancies about who can actually travel to China and which people are forbidden to visit the country. If you want to go to China be sure you don’t make it to this list.
If you have been tagged as a known or suspected terrorist then you will not be able to travel to China. If you make it to this list you won’t be able to travel to many countries. Chances are also good that you will never be chosen for the Green Card Lottery by USCIS either. If you have ever engaged in violent or subversive activities then you will not be allowed to travel to China on vacation.
If you have ever been to jail for dealing drugs or you have been arrested for prostitution you will not be allowed to travel to China. Many people don’t think their past will have anything to do with taking a family vacation until they make it to customs or through the Chinese authorities who boot them out of the country. If you have ever been suspected of dealing drugs or if you are currently a suspect you will not be allowed to travel to the country also.
There are many people who are not allowed to go to China who suffer from diseases like leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, and other infectious diseases. If you have AIDS and you want to travel to China before you die it will never happen.
Anyone who is considered to be a harmful person to the social order of China will not be allowed to travel to the country. If you declare that you are a Christian and you want to bring your Bibles with you chances are good the Bible will not be allowed into the country if you even are. If you are caught trying to share your belief of your religion in China you will be beheaded. This is not an old tale it really is something you need to consider. Keep your religion to yourself. You can burn candles and pray but do not try to share religious materials. Most religious materials will be denied into China while you are traveling if their authorities see them.
If you do not have the right passport or a passport at all you cannot come to China. If you refuse to have your documentation checked by the authorities you will be denied into the country. China will also verify if you really can afford to visit the country. They do not want anyone coming who cannot afford the vacation and they will deny you if they think you cannot afford the trip.
When you are traveling to China there are many considerations you must think about. Traveling to China is not like anywhere else in the world. You will not be able to bring a Bible with you or practice your religion. If you have an illness you might be forbidden into the country. If you have been arrested in the past for things in your life that might seem harmful to the country of China you will be forbidden.
